As a Life Coach I make consistent use of yoga and meditation
to deepen my own spiritual practice and ensure that I am as centred as I can be

precision timepiece can be programmed to countdown to zero and chime, or
to strike its chime repeatedly at any set interval. In the alarm clock or
countdown timer modes, the Clock's chime gradually increases through a
pre-programmed 10 minute progression (shown on the right). It can also be
set to chime once every hour on the hour as a 'mindfulness chime.' |

Digital
Zen Clocks feature a silent striking mechanism with a "high" and
"low" chime volume control, which allows you to adjust the sound
of the chime to suit your needs. The Digital Zen Clock runs on 2 AA
batteries (not included), and it has a lighted digital display (lit
full-time when plugged in with the included AC jack). I am one of the
few people selling these clocks in the UK, and I work hard to keep prices
low; exchange rate movements make this quite a challenge! Digital
zen clocks have a 9.5 inch
"E Tone" chime. The E Tone is available in Bamboo, Solid Walnut,
Solid Maple. The timepiece sounds amazing, a long
deep mellow chime. I also stock beautiful Zen Timepieces, I use
these in my own practice and produce a chime that touches your heart.
All Digital Zen Clocks include a 30 page
booklet detailing their many uses and their harmonic design. All products are designed in Boulder, Colorado, and assembled in Shenzhen,
China; they include a 1 year warranty.
