Most life coaches will agree that
open and private communication is at the heart of an effective coaching
relationship. Only
a fraction of our total brain capacity is dedicated to verbal communication.
Indeed, the vast majority of our communication with others is nonverbal, and a
huge percentage of what our brains perceive from others is
focused (even without our being aware) on nonverbal signals. To that end,
and to
deliver the premium quality of coaching that I pursue, face-to-face coaching is more rewarding for
you; telephone coaching can follow
once a bond is established. If you live or commute in the
Greater London area, one-on-one sessions are the most effective way for me to
work with you.

coaching consultation
Our first session
will be dedicated to a review of your present situation and to get to know
each other. If we then mutually decide to work together we will arrange an
initial coaching commitment - usually for a first series of four sessions, and then
subsequently by mutual agreement.
An open
honest and completely confidential initial meeting will
show you how life coaching can help you get more out of your life.
There is no obligation - you have nothing to lose and
everything to gain. If, when we meet, we do not decide to
form a personal coaching relationship, your initial consultation will be Free! No obligation.

| How
long are the Life Coaching sessions? |
- Typically each
coaching session lasts
for 75 minutes and is flexibly scheduled at a time to fit your needs at a
location of your choice. I have found that from time to time longer sessions
are needed to deal with deeper aspects of your coaching agenda,
these are arranged on a pro-rata basis. I often work with people intensively
where we hold several sessions in a week.

| How
often are the coaching sessions scheduled? |
- Coaching sessions are
scheduled weekly, every other week, intensively, ad-hoc or whenever you need
them! Most people choose weekly sessions, but I am happy to work
within your own budget constraints. Coaching relationships are
customised to the needs of my clients.

| What
are your life coaching fees?
|
- My standard fee is £125 per
75 minute session payable in advance. Session scheduling can
be varied to meet your budget. I require an initial commitment of
4 sessions.

| Where
do life coaching sessions take place? |
- How you use your Time is
important for you, I will travel to a London location of
your choice. Venue and time can be flexibly arranged to work within your
special requirements. Or we can Telecoach!
